We need your help.
There is quite simply no way that we can start and sustain Resurrection Church without the generous partnership of congregants, friends, organizations, and strangers who share our vision. Thank you for considering a recurring or occasional gift to ensure that Resurrection Church fulfills its mission of making life with God accessible, desirable, and doable in East Boston.
Unless you specify otherwise, your gift will go to our “General Fund.” We also have two designated funds to which we welcome non-recurring contributions:
The Glad Church Fund (write “GLAD” in the comments section)
This fund helps us imitate the early church’s mutual giving and receiving with “glad and generous hearts” (Acts 2). We use these funds to help congregants in need (ex. immigration issues, emergency rental assistance, debt repayment, etc). If you are a congregant who would like to request assistance from the Glad Fund, apply here!
The Just Eastie Fund (write “JUST” in the comments section)
This fund ensures that we are pursuing justice and mercy in East Boston. It began with an initial donation of $50,000. The funds are held in an investment account and a portion of the account earnings are annually invested in justice-oriented endeavors and/or organizations in East Boston.
Please note these fees for secure online giving: credit/debit (2.9% + $0.30); ACH bank transfer (1% + $0.25). If you prefer to contribute via check or cash, please let us know.
Resurrection Church is a nonprofit organization. Your gift is tax-deductible. We are committed to financial transparency and accountability, so we share our budget and fundraising progress with our donors. If you are a donor, we will happily answer any question you have. Just ask.
If you would like to increase, change, or cancel your recurring gift, please reach out to our treasurer via email. Unfortunately, our third-party giving platform does not presently offer donors the option to make adjustments.
